Origin
Heritage wasn’t the plan. It was what we found.
We set out to buy businesses. We sat across the table from owner after owner — manufacturers, distributors, service firms, clinics — the kind of established businesses that quietly run their regions, built by people who’d spent their lives making something real.
We came for the businesses. We stayed for the people. Each one stood at the biggest financial decision of their life, with almost no one equipped to help — and the buyers who did come wanted to flip what they’d built. The business itself was sound; it was everything around it that had quietly fallen behind: the systems, the brand, the technology, and now AI.
Too big for a generalist, too small for the strategy houses — at the crossroads, and on their own. So we stopped shopping for businesses to buy and built the partner those owners never had: one that helps them grow, modernize, and — when the day comes — transition to someone who will keep what they made instead of flipping it.
